About A New Pair of Glasses

The name of this blog is inspired by a book I read over 25 years ago with the same title. Some of us look at life through rose-colored glasses; others of us need to clean our lenses; still others would benefit from turning the glasses around altogether and getting a whole new perspective on life. The way I look at things is a blend of all the above. This blog begins on the 4th of January 2014 after reading a similar-type blog. (I had 3 pix from the days prior.) New year, new moon in Capricorn, new beginnings. Seems to me like a good way to encourage myself to be on the lookout for something wonderful each day. An attitude of gratitude keeps the blues at bay.
